康宁Spin-X UF离心浓缩管可以简单地一步完成蛋白质及其他生物分子的浓缩或脱盐，回收率达到90%或更高。

  • 集成式死端设计，可避免因离心时间过长而被甩干的现象；无需重复离心
  • Spin-X UF 20可浓缩至多20 mL的样本，如果使用固定角转头则为14 mL
  • 采用低吸附聚醚砜 (PES) 膜，提供5种截留分子量 (MWCO)：5,000、10,000、30,000、50,000和100,000，可满足不同的浓缩需要。MWCO的选择应以待浓缩蛋白质分子量的1/3到1/2为基准。
  • 浓缩管侧面印有MWCO和刻度，以免混淆。
