康宁FluoroBlok细胞培养小室系统采用独特的避光PET膜，可有效阻挡400-700 nm光线透过。

  • 利用自动荧光检测可省时省力
  • 无需在小室中操作细胞——快速采集数据，无需洗板或手动刮除细胞并计数。实时绘制细胞和分子迁移图，不必拆开或破坏小室
  • 提高样本通量——使许多常用的基于膜的细胞分析实现自动化，提高药物研发过程中这些分析的效率、产量和通量
  • 可同时处理24个小室——所有24孔可以作为一个整体，与Falcon 24孔板和进料托盘配套使用
  • 每个小室都有适合自动化操作的大取样口。与Falcon 24孔板配套使用时，用户可以用标准200 µL或1000 µL移液器吸头或者自动化移液吸头从膜上方或下方取样。
