Corning® BioCoat® ポリ-D-リジンコートマルチウェルプレート

ポリ-D-リジン（PDL）とポリ-L-リジン（PLL）は容器の表面電荷を変えることで、プラスチックやガラス表面への細胞接着やタンパク質吸着を促進するために使われる合成分子です。細胞接着の促進に加えて、ポリリジン表面は神経突起の伸長をサポートし、多くの中枢神経系（CNS）初代細胞の培養における生存を改善します。PDLとPLLは合成分子であるため、そこで培養された細胞の生物活性に影響を与えません。また、天然の高分子みられる不純物の混入も避けることができます。

次の目的に利用されています

多様な細胞の接着および伸展
細胞分化および神経突起伸長
培養の難しい形質転換細胞株の接着
培養における初代神経細胞の生存サポート
無血清または低血清培養
