PCR用個別チューブは薄いポリプロピレン製です。ヒートブロックにぴったりフィットするようにデザインされて いるので、熱が効率的に伝導されます。チューブはRNase ／ DNaseフリーです。121℃でオートクレーブ可能です。 10,000 x gまでの遠心に耐えられます。
