Corning FluoroBlok インサートは光を透過させず、蛍光標識した細胞の遊走をシンプルに検出します。Corning FluoroBlok セルカルチャーインサートには独自の遮光PETメンブレンがついており、400-700 nmの波長の透過を効果的にブロックします。蛍光標識した細胞がインサートの上部チャンバーにあるときは検出できません。ひとたび蛍光標識した細胞がメンブレンを通って遊走すると、蛍光は遮られなくなり、蛍光プレートリーダーで容易に検出できます。
保管：室温で保管、直射日光は避けてください。
