余剰のダイターミネーターの除去はシークエンシングを行う前の重要なステップです。シークエンシングに余剰なダイを持ちこむとダイがかたまりとなり、過剰なノイズの原因や塩基配列読み取りの失敗、シークエンシング解析そのものが失敗する可能性があります。AxyPrep MAG ダイクリーンキットは、マグネティックビーズを用いてサンガー法を用いたシークエンス反応液から余剰のダイターミネーターを除去することができます。精製のプロトコールは主に、結合、洗浄、溶出の3つのステップからなり、遠心分離や濾過作業を踏むことなく、シークエンス反応を行ったPCRプレート上で直接行うことができます。
