The Corning® silicone septa fit into open top PBT caps (No. 1395-25HTSC) with GL25 threads to allow for aseptic reagent delivery or culture sampling using a syringe and needle. They can be autoclaved at 121°C or dry heat sterilized at up to 180°C.
