康宁BioCoat明胶包被培养器皿可促进多种细胞的粘附和生长。明胶常用于培养血管内皮细胞、肌肉、胚胎干 (ES) 细胞和F9畸胎瘤细胞，还适用于促进转染细胞粘附。明胶是通过胶原蛋白水解得到的非均质水溶性蛋白混合物。
