康宁FluoroBlok细胞培养小室可阻挡光线透过，简化荧光标记细胞迁移检测。康宁FluoroBlok细胞培养小室采用独特的避光PET膜，可有效阻挡400-700 nm光线透过。康宁FluoroBlok膜可屏蔽位于小室上部空间的荧光标记细胞发出的荧光，使其不可见。标记细胞穿过膜后，荧光就不再受遮蔽，可以被荧光酶标仪轻松检测到。

建议的孔中培养基体积为 0.7-0.9 mL
