Building Floor Terminal BFT

The Building Floor Terminal (BFT) is designed to be used both as patch & floor box. Deploying a Corning Building Floor Terminal (BFT) will raise the quality of the network drops and will increase subscribers´confidence that their network provider is committed to offering quality service. Corning's BFT serves as a transition point between the riser and drop cable. It can be deployed with pre-connectorized drop cables or is perfect for field installable connectors such as OptiSnap™. Up to 24 cable entries can be used to accommodate branching or drop cables. For additional protection a padlock can be used to avoid unauthorized access. The BFT is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
