Plug & Play™ Universal Modul, LC
The Plug & Play™ modules provide the interface between the MTP® on the trunk and the LC or SC duplex jumpers that will then connect directly into the electronics. The LC duplex adapters feature hinged VFL-compatible shutters that move up and out of the way when the connector is inserted. Specially designed indents in the shutters ensure that the end faces of the connectors are never touched. These shutters replace the standard dust caps that typically once removed are never replaced, exposing the interior end faces to dust particles and possible damage.
Plug & Play™ Module werden verwendet, um die 12-fasrigen MTP®-Stecker an Trunkkabeln in LC- oder SC-Duplex-Stecker aufzuteilen, die direkt an die Elektronik, Verteilerfelder oder Auslassdosen im Arbeitsbereich angeschlossen werden. LC-Duplex-Adapter sind mit klappbaren, VFL-kompatiblen Verschlüssen ausgestattet, die sich beim Einstecken des Steckverbinders nach oben und aus dem Weg bewegen. Speziell entwickelte Einkerbungen in den Klappen sorgen dafür, dass die Endflächen der Steckverbinder nicht berührt werden. Diese Klappen ersetzen die Standard-Staubschutzkappen, die in der Regel einmal abgenommen und nie wieder aufgesetzt werden, wodurch die inneren Endflächen Staubpartikeln und möglichen Schäden ausgesetzt sind.
