UniCam® Connector Performance Installation Toolkits

The UniCam® connector installation tool kits provide complete solutions for terminating SC, LC and ST® compatible UniCam connectors. The standard TKT UNICAM kit includes all tools needed to install multimode standard and high performance connectors, supplied in a convenient carrying bag. It can be upgraded with the VFL 350 visual fault locator, which provides an amber visual indication to confirm proper fiber mating—ideal for training and reducing scrap.

The TKT UNICAM PFC high performance kit further enhances installation consistency by minimizing human variability. Its lightweight hand held tool offers immediate go/no go feedback for successful terminations. The precision cleaver uses heat treated stainless steel clamp arms and a diamond blade for superior fiber cleaves, supporting multimode and single mode connectors and required for high performance single mode specifications. The kit also includes visual installation guides, a training DVD and access to the latest instructional videos via QR codes.
