Strand Mount Local Convergence Point
The Corning Strand Mount Local Convergence Point (SLCP) is a compact, rugged metal housing that eliminates right-of-way issues, reduces time to install and minimizes the risk of damage from road accidents. Designed to be strand or pole mounted in aerial applications, the SLCP holds up to six splitters pre-terminated with SCAPC connectors (ordered separately).
The housing is pre-stubbed with up to 24-fiber feeder cable and up to 144- fiber distribution cable which both terminate on the connector field for testing and troubleshooting. Pass-through capabilities are made possible with a fiber rich feeder panel to provide flexibility for multiple services.
