Eclipse® Hardware Connector Housing, stubbed
Corning preconnectorized (“stubbed”) optical hardware is equipped with factory-terminated and -tested cable assemblies pre-installed in a variety of hardware products. “Stubbed” hardware is terminated in the factory according to the requirements of the Corning Quality Standards. This ensures connector performance and quality, therefore eliminating the time consuming and costly process of terminating cables in the field. It also reduces the number of part numbers needed for installation and minimizes the line items on an order.
