康宁DeckWorks替换吸头套件提供10 µL、200 µL、300 µL和1000 µL四种规格，可经济便捷地重新装载经久耐用的康宁DeckWorks铰链式吸头盒。DeckWorks架装替换吸头采用透明托盘包装，便于吸头识别，无需转移装置，可节省空间并尽量减少包装废弃物。移液器吸头由医用级原生树脂制成，替换吸头架和吸头盒底座均采用100%可回收聚丙烯为原料。非灭菌吸头架和吸头盒可高压蒸汽灭菌。该系统可最大限度地增加储存空间，并有助于减少塑料材料的生产和浪费。系统中的铰链式吸头盒和替换吸头架均由可回收塑料制成。移液器吸头在受控的注塑成型环境下生产，以确保各种容量的吸头均具有高准确度和精度。其采有医用级树脂以及卓越的生产工艺，经认证：
