Corning®1536 ウェル 標準タイプ ポリスチレン製 マイクロプレートおよびローベース

Corning 1536 ウェルマイクロプレートはコーニングの製品では最もウェルの数が多く、ハイスループットスクリーニング用に最適です。このマイクロプレートのフットプリントとサイズは標準的なマイクロプレートと同じです。1536ウェルマイクロプレートには丸底または平底のポリスチレン製ソリッドプレート（白、黒）と、クリアボトム（黒）の形状のものがあります。

 

  • 1ウェル当たりの最大容量は丸底プレートが10 µL、平底プレートが12.8 µLです。
  • 推奨ワーキングボリュームは8 µL以下です
  • 丸底は気泡が入りにくく、CV値とZファクターが改善されます。
  • ウェルの底部が高い、ハイベースのためトップリーディング型のマイクロプレートリーダーで検出感度が上がります。
  • プレートの四辺に付いているリザーバーによって、万が一試薬があふれたとしても装置へのコンタミネーションを防ぎます。
  • フタは別売りで、ユニバーサルリッド（カタログ番号　3098）をお使いいただけます。
