LoadSafe™ DualDrop with FastAccess™ Technology

Round drop Single-Tube with FastAccess™ Technology is specially designed for the unique application of aerial deployment on Openreach’s pole infrastructure where the cable is required to break between  1350N and 2000N, and as such it is ideal for AltNets taking advantage of Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) to build their network.
The cable’s circular cross section means that it is suitable for standard spiral clamps widely used for this application.
One particular feature of the cable is that it contains an inner 2.9mm sub-element which is suitable for routing inside the customer premise. This sub-element is easily accessible using Fast Access Technology whereby the outer jacket can easily be peeled back over long lengths. This avoids the need for a transition splice point at the building entry.
