Plug & Play™ Universal Systems harnesses are used to break out the 12-fiber MTP® Connectors terminated on trunk cables into duplex-style connectors. The use of harnesses provides a solution that occupies less space than traditional jumpers, as the cable end of the harness is much smaller than the size equivalent jumpers. This reduced cabling bulk improves airflow for increased cooling and facilitates easier moves, adds and changes (MACs). Plug & Play Universal Systems harnesses are available in two styles.
