Evolv FRECAP Series

The Evolv FRECAP fiber optic enclosure has been designed to install easier and faster without compromising on the reliability, or sealing of existing cables. The closure can be installed with a standard screwdriver, eliminating the need for special tools. The integrated sealing ring combined with “lever” closing clamp eliminates the possibility of errors or rework, as it cannot be forgotten or incorrectly installed – all that in just a few seconds. This eliminates the potential for any resulting problems. The closure features eight independent cable entries, each made of a segment using gel as sealing material. Segments and multiple cable entries provide compatibility to many cable types and diameters, and micro ducts. Every port can also accept uncut cables. Segments feature an easy-to-use and intuitive activation mechanism, making it simple to add, remove or change cables eliminating the risk of errors during installation as neighboring segments and previously installed cables do not have to be loosened or moved, ensuring a fast, smooth, and reliable process. Locking the segment is clearly visible and only takes few seconds.
