Lightguide Distribution Center (LDC) Housing, LGX Compatible, with adapters

Corning offers a variety of LDC termination products that include adapter housings, stubbed housings, panels and modules. This family of Corning hardware is fully frame compatible with Lucent LGX frames and components.

LDC connector housings provide interconnect and cross-connect capabilities between the outside plant, riser or distribution cables and the opto-electronics. The housings can be wall- or rack-mounted in 19- or 23-in equipment racks and are available in a variety of connector capacities.

The housings include hardware so they can be mounted to the front or rear of the rack rails or flush mounted to the wall. They are also equipped with standard 12.7 cm (5 in) frontal projection with optional 10.79 cm (4.25 in). These housings can be ordered empty, preloaded with adapter panels or modules, or with a factory-installed cable stub or pigtails.
